For men, talking about MENtal health is often viewed as being weak. As athletes, we are taught to never show weakness and to tough everything out. In reality, talking about how you are doing and what is going through your mind is a true sign of strength. It is our job to create a space in which these conversations are more comfortable and encouraged. Do your part, check in with your friends, and be there for them. The journey is a lot easier when you are not alone."
